What are the common defects of bearing forging defects
release time:2018/5/3 10:17:20
1.External shortcomings such as several dimensions and shapes do not meet the requirements. Appearance crack, folding, lack of meat, error. Lack of die forging, appearance pits, appearance bubbles and orange peel appearance.
2.The internal shortcomings can be divided into two categories: low-fold defects and microscopic defects. The former is like an internal fissure. Shrinkage, looseness, white spots,
casting rhythm, segregation, coarse crystal, stone-like fracture, heterogeneous metal doping, etc.; the latter such as decarburization, carbon addition, strip arrangement.
3.The casting arrangement residue and carbide segregation grades do not meet the requirements. The internal shortcomings exist in the interior of the bearing forgings, which are messy and difficult to identify, and often give a large difficulty in production.
